Hi

I have rails installed.
I followed the procedures at the REAMDE.
I'm stock at "creating forums".
I was able to run webrick and to register my user. I also was able to 
give my user admin privileges.
When i log in, i get the rails welcome aboard page so i cant create new 
forums.

What i'm doing wrong, where shoul i look for further documentation? 
Please help.
